1. Eligibility for Returns
Pet food items can only be returned if unopened, unused, damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Pet toys may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items damaged due to misuse
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and applicable shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for faster resolution.
